Goodbyes always fall short. They fail to capture the depth, joy, and gratitude one wants to express about relationships.  But maybe that’s not a statement about our efforts being flawed, but the immensity of how much those saying goodbye mean to each other.  And with this in mind I will explore the wisdom of Garrison Keillor, who lifts up the beauty of us doing the best we can.
