As a spiritual community, it’s important that we know how to gather intentionally, especially in times of challenge, trouble or uncertainty, such as we face currently in our country.  Rick will explore what makes for a vibrant and healthy spiritual community, drawing on his experience as both a spiritual director and executive coach and team facilitator.  He’ll also explore what he views as our parish’s “superpowers” when it comes to creating and nourishing a loving and vibrant “spiritual home” both within our walls and in the larger community around us.
