Several attendees at the Listening Session on 3/21/21 requested this list of the five guiding actions for reparation:

• Act to stop the systems and practices that cause harm.
• Change laws, institutions and systems to ensure that harm will not repeat.
• Acknowledge and apologize for the harm.
• Compensate those who were harmed, including descendants, family, and communities.
• Restore individuals to the position they were in before the harm.
