Intending to create an identified space in the sanctuary that provides a safe, accessible, and inclusive worship space for people who are vulnerable to infectious disease, the Covid Task Force has agreed to designate the west rear chair area (formerly the children and families area) as the single mask-required space in the sanctuary.  This space allows for clear signage and better communication and provides better seating options for mask users with mobility limitations who wish to distance themselves socially. 

In making this change, the three areas previously designated as mask-required will be returned to mask-optional spaces.  As always, mask-wearing is still encouraged and welcomed in those spaces and all parts of the sanctuary.  We appreciate the congregation’s support in holding space for the equitable inclusion of individuals still affected by COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.
